Welcome to Westside Elementary! I am Robin Braun and it is an honor to serve as your principal! I have been at Westside since its opening in 2010, prior to that, I was principal at Angleton Middle School, Rancho Isabella, and in Pearland ISD.

I graduated from Texas State with a bachelor’s degree in education.  I completed my master’s degree at University of Houston Clear Lake. Prior to becoming a principal, I taught 1st, 4th, and 6th grade.

During my spare time, I enjoy reading, shopping, traveling, and most of all, spending time with my family, husband, Gabe, and my two kids Luke and Macey, and my boxer, Piper.

Westside is an amazing place for students to learn and prepare for their future.  We are passionate about student growth, committed to excellence and devoted to our students.  I feel blessed to be with our staff and students every day. Welcome to Westside Elementary! I am Lauren Ellisor, and it is such a joy to be an assistant principal at Westside!

I graduated from Howard Payne University with a bachelor’s degree in education.  I completed my master’s degree in curriculum and instruction at the University of Texas at Arlington and educational leadership at the University of Houston. 

Every so often I have time to enjoy hobbies like gardening and reading, but most of my joy comes from watching my three kids play their sports games or dance in their recitals. I am blessed by my husband, Thomas, 2 daughters, Katherine and Claire, and son, Thomas (aka T-boy).

Westside is a campus that ensures the safety and learning of all students. Each student is unique, and we are so lucky to have each one of them here! I look forward to supporting and meeting the needs of the students and their families.

Welcome to Westside Elementary!   I am so lucky to be a part of the Westside family!  

This is my eleventh year in elementary education.  I grew up in Alvin and graduated from Alvin High School.  I have a BS from Texas A&M University and completed my masters degree in educational leadership at Western Governors University.

I live in Angleton with my husband Kerry, and our three sons Cooper, Cody, and Clayton.  We love animals and have three horses, a corgi named Piper, two cats, a guinea pig, and many chickens and rabbits.  We love to have fun outdoors and enjoy camping, hiking, hunting, and fishing.

We are all about kids at Westside!  Our faculty and staff are committed to ensuring each of our students are successful, both academically and emotionally.  I am honored to have the opportunity to help our students grow into successful, productive members of society!
