2024 Important Dates:

All students wanting to try out for the 2024 Baseball Program. There will be a mandatory player/parent meeting in the Angleton High School Auditorium on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 6:00 pm. Any student who is not in the baseball class must inform Coach Losracco or Coach Stewart prior to Wednesday, January 17th, 2024 in order to try out. The 2024 Baseball tryout dates are Friday, January 19th and Saturday January 20th. In order to try out the student must have a current physical on file with the athletic training department and have completed the appropriate Rank One Documentation. If you have any questions please see Coach Lostracco or Coach Stewart in room B210 or in the football coach’s office after school.

I have been Teaching/Coaching in Angleton for 20 years. I am a 1999 graduate of Angleton High School. In high school, I was a three-year letterman in baseball as a catcher for the Wildcats. I attended the University of Houston and graduated in May of 2004 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology Movement and Sports Studies. This is my 9th year of being the head baseball coach in Angleton. In 7 years as a head coach, the Wildcat's overall record is 102-63-2 and have won 2 District Championships, in 2016 and 2019. The 2016 District Title was the first outright district title since 1958. The Wildcats have also made the playoffs 5 out of the last 6 years and have won 3 Area Championships.
